Service terms & refunds.

Clear milestones and a straightforward cancellation policy for the $400 one-page website package.

Before a project starts

We agree the exact written scope, supplier and customer details, content, timing, revision limits and any applicable taxes before payment. Asking a question or viewing a free concept does not start a paid project. Domain registration and hosting are separate in your own accounts.

Two payment milestones

• Design: $200 after you accept the written project scope.
• Completion: $200 after your final approval and before launch.

The starter package includes one consolidated revision round. Your written scope records the exact deliverables and approval process.

If you cancel

• Before the first review-ready draft is delivered: we refund the full $200 deposit.
• After a draft meeting the agreed scope is delivered: the $200 design milestone is earned. If you stop there, the remaining unstarted $200 completion milestone is not charged.

If Local Web Desk cancels

If we cancel before completion, we refund unearned fees and deliver paid-for work.

Requesting a cancellation or refund

Email hello.localwebdesk@gmail.com with your business name and project reference. Do not send card numbers or bank details.

We submit approved refunds to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears. A promised full refund is not reduced by our payment-processing fee.

Your project and rights

We confirm these terms with your written project scope before accepting payment. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
